- This would be true if the -08 part didn't have bugs. Matter of fact is
- that all parts have one or the other bug and these bugs must be worked
- around in the driver. I have seen -08 chips failing too (with some
- older IBM and Fujitsu drives). So simply "assuming" that a chip change
- could save you from troubles is not true.
